Terms of Use

1. Acceptance of terms

By creating an account or using MasterOS (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. The Service

MasterOS provides chat access to AI language models, subject to a quota tied to your plan (Free or a paid plan). We may add, remove, or change which models are available at any time.

3. Your account

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity under your account. You must be legally able to enter into this agreement to use the Service.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Generate content that is illegal, or that infringes another person's rights.
• Attempt to circumvent quota, billing, or rate-limiting controls.
• Probe, scan, or attack the Service's infrastructure.
• Resell or provide the Service to third parties without our written permission.

5. Billing and payment

Paid plans are billed through SePay (VND bank transfer) or Paddle (international card payments, acting as Merchant of Record). Charges are non-refundable except where required by law or explicitly stated at time of purchase. We reserve the right to change plan pricing with notice.

6. Intellectual property

The Service, its branding, and its underlying software are owned by MasterOS. You retain ownership of the content you submit; we process it only as described in our Privacy Policy to provide the Service.

7. AI-generated content disclaimer

Responses are generated by third-party AI models and may be inaccurate, incomplete, or inappropriate for your use case. You are responsible for evaluating output before relying on it.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service, including for a violation of these Terms, without prior notice. You may stop using the Service and request deletion of your account at any time (see our Data Deletion Policy).

9. Disclaimer and limitation of liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, MasterOS is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

10. Governing law

This Agreement is governed by the laws of Vietnam, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
